Rajaji National Park

Rajaji National Park, nestled in the Shivalik range of the Himalayas, is a sprawling wildlife sanctuary located in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. Established in 1983, the park spans an area of over 820 square kilometers, encompassing diverse ecosystems ranging from dense forests to grasslands and riverine habitats.

Named after the renowned freedom fighter, C. Rajagopalachari, the park is celebrated for its rich biodiversity and is home to a plethora of flora and fauna.
