The Taj Mahal is one of the most iconic and recognizable structures in the world, located in the city of Agra in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is a mausoleum that was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal, who died in 1631. I had the opportunity to visit the Taj Mahal in 2002, and it truly lives up to its reputation as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The sheer magnificence of its beauty cannot be fully appreciated through photos or videos alone; one must experience it in person to grasp its true grandeur.
